Processing times include automated cosmic ray removal (see methods sections) for all data sets. Set 1 can be projected to a 120 × 400 image of 2 macrophage cells. Set 2 corresponds to an 81 × 400 pixel image of 2 macrophage cells. Set 3 is a 206 × 400 pixel image of 8 macrophage cells.
