The portion of the overlay graphic shown contains annotations related to various cellular features and protein topology well as the standardized predictions critical to the immunological recognition of the protein. This provides a graphical means of visualizing a multidimensional database of related information. At various magnification levels actual peptide sequences can be visualized as well as experimentally mapped locations for any desired HLA molecule.
